9: Lion’s Den Faith | The Book of Daniel
God rules history. Even though there is the rise and the fall of nations, God’s redemptive plan unfolds through His people according to His schedule. And that gives us great hope when we look at what is going on in the world today. This afternoon we will look at the well-known story in the book of Daniel – Daniel in the lion’s den. It’s a thrilling account with much to teach us about faith, trust and how God is still at work even when it doesn’t look that way.
