The Alpha Course is written and made by the Holy Trinity Brompton Church in London, and each week we will watch one of the 20-30 minute videos in the course. The videos are really easy to follow along, and are easy to understand. We’re not expecting you to know anything at all, there’s no pressure!

Separate Into Discussion Groups

After we’ve watched the video, we’ll break out into our Discussion Groups, that you’ll be in each week. Don’t worry, we’ll try to keep the ice-breaker questions at bay, so you don’t need to fear coming up with lots of answers!

It’s just a time to talk about the video, ask any questions you may have and spend time with other people who are likely thinking exactly what you are.

How do I get to Cowplain Church?

There are a few ways to get to Cowplain!

If you’re taking the bus, there is a bus stop just 2 minute walk from the church, called ‘Cowplain Shops’. The First number 8 bus stops there every 20 minutes. You can find the timetable here.

If you’re taking the train, there is a train station in Havant, about 4.5 miles from the church. There is a bus that runs from Havant to Wecock, which is then a short walk to the church.

We recommend checking bus and train timetables before coming.

If you’re cycling, we have a few bike racks outside the church for you to use at your need.

If you’re driving, there is a car park behind our church that is free after 6pm. You are welcome to park there.
