1: Enough Bread | Tearfund
The feeding of the 4,000 is one of the better known stories in the Bible: how Jesus was teaching a large crowd of people and decided to feed them. For the disciples this presented a big problem: how on earth was this need going to be met? We all have needs. If we think about the world around us the needs seem insurmountable! What does Jesus do in the presence of our real and practical needs? How might we respond as followers of Jesus? Taking practical examples from the ministry of Tearfund around the world, we will look at how Jesus’ mission to save the world (and us) is playing out in communities where needs are extreme and transformation is abundant!
