9: How to live like Jesus | Restored
A worldview is a way to look at the world. It’s how we view everything in life. It’s how we view God. It’s how we view ourselves. It’s how we view other people. It’s the beliefs that we base all of our decisions on. We all have one. And as God works in our life to restore and change us, one of the ways that He works in us that can be seen is the change in our worldview. In other words, we no longer view life from an unbiblical worldview. Instead, we see life from God’s point of view. So, if I’m a follower of Jesus, what should be my worldview? If I’m being restored by God through His Word and through the work of the Holy Spirit in my life, how should I live in this world?
In the message we are going to look at 8 truths, 8 values, the 8 things that Jesus did in His life that He wants us to do in our life, which is how we should live in this world. And as we look at these 8 values, we will see just how counter-cultural they are.
