When we consider generosity, we can be forgiven for thinking about money – but what does God have to say about being generous? Are there other ways the Lord wants us to be generous? Jesus tells us ‘God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son’ – if that is the benchmark for generosity, what does it mean for us as disciples? It’s a challenging time for many, news feeds are full of articles about ‘austerity’, ‘cost of living crisis’, ‘rising interest rates’. The Corinthian Christians were living in even more challenging times – in the message we’ll dig into why they/we “will be made rich in every way” and the impact that can have on our lives as Believers in Christ.
