6: How to worship when life doesn’t make sense | True Worship
Rev Phill Brown   -

As we have already seen in this series, worship is much bigger than just music and singing. And if you want an example of this, then the real life instance we are going to look at today is it. On the surface it seems like a rather bizarre and frankly odd, maybe twisted example. But there is lot more going on under the surface. God wants us to worship Him and put Him as number one above all things – even if it doesn’t seem to make sense to us at the time. In fact, sacrifice and obedience to God, and what he asks us to do, is a key aspect of worship.

In the message we are going to look at how it’s possible to worship God even when things don’t make sense in our lives. We are going to look at the Old Testament saint, Abraham, who did just that. And as we look at his example, we will see there are  3 transferable truths that we must take on board if we want to do the same.
